About AHDC

A society that works for persons with disabilities works for everyone.

By supporting the social participation of persons with disabilities, we build a society where everyone can live in peace and comfort.

Asia Human Development Center (AHDC) is a non-profit organization based in Mongolia that works to promote the social participation of people with disabilities and realize an inclusive society.

Through research, policy advocacy, human resource development, and practical projects, we promote the creation of a sustainable society where everyone can participate.

About AHDC

Our Vision

An inclusive society where no one is excluded — opportunities open to everyone, regardless of disability or poverty.

Our Mission

Integrating social protection and employment to build a society where everyone can work and live with security and dignity.

Our Vision

An inclusive society where everyone participates

We aim to realize an inclusive society where no one is excluded and everyone can participate.

A society where opportunities are not limited by factors such as disability or poverty, but where everyone has the chance to learn, work, and grow. Such a society is not designed for a specific group, but is livable, equitable, and sustainable for all.

For example, barrier-free urban development, originally designed for persons with disabilities, has created environments that are easier to use for everyone — including older persons, children, and travelers. As a result, it has generated not only social inclusion, but also economic value.

Likewise, when education and employment systems are designed inclusively, more people are able to realize their potential and participate in society. This contributes not only to individual well-being, but also to greater productivity and creativity across society.

At the national and regional levels, societies that are open to all — not just specific groups — form the foundation for autonomous and sustainable development. Societies that expand opportunities to people living in poverty unlock human potential and drive broader social and economic progress.

We believe that inclusion enhances the value of society as a whole, and we are committed to realizing a society where everyone can participate.

Our Mission

Choosing Inclusive Growth

Realizing a sustainable society through the integration of social protection and employment

We aim to build a society where everyone can work and live with security and dignity, starting from the social participation of persons with disabilities.

Poverty and inequality in today's society are not merely individual issues; they are structural challenges shaped by labor markets, social systems, and the distribution of opportunities.

We believe that it is essential not only to pursue economic growth, but also to build systems through which its benefits are shared across society.

Social protection systems form the foundation of such a society. By stabilizing people's lives, reducing uncertainty, and enabling access to education and employment, they support individuals in realizing their potential and participating in society.

As a result, a middle-income population emerges, consumption and investment expand, and the economy grows in a sustainable manner.

At the same time, social protection reduces inequality through redistribution, prevents social fragmentation, and strengthens the foundations of a stable society.

In this way, a society built on social protection can achieve both economic growth and poverty reduction, rather than treating them as competing goals.

Through practical models that integrate employment and social protection, we strive to create an inclusive society where everyone can participate, and to embed these approaches into sustainable systems.

A society that works for persons with disabilities works for everyone.

We do not change society through ideals alone, but through implementation.
