An inclusive society where everyone participates
We aim to realize an inclusive society where no one is excluded and everyone can participate.
A society where opportunities are not limited by factors such as disability or poverty, but where everyone has the chance to learn, work, and grow. Such a society is not designed for a specific group, but is livable, equitable, and sustainable for all.
For example, barrier-free urban development, originally designed for persons with disabilities, has created environments that are easier to use for everyone — including older persons, children, and travelers. As a result, it has generated not only social inclusion, but also economic value.
Likewise, when education and employment systems are designed inclusively, more people are able to realize their potential and participate in society. This contributes not only to individual well-being, but also to greater productivity and creativity across society.
At the national and regional levels, societies that are open to all — not just specific groups — form the foundation for autonomous and sustainable development. Societies that expand opportunities to people living in poverty unlock human potential and drive broader social and economic progress.

1. The Root of the Problem: A Systemic, Not Individual, Issue
Poverty and inequality in today's society do not stem solely from the individual. They are rooted in the labor market, social systems, and the unequal distribution of opportunities. Therefore, we emphasize not just economic growth, but systemic change that delivers its benefits equitably and accessibly across all levels of society.
2. Social Protection: The Core Foundation of Development
An effective social protection system stabilizes citizens' livelihoods and mitigates the fear of financial risk and vulnerability. This creates the necessary conditions for equal participation in education and employment, serving as the foundation for developing individual potential.
Social protection drives two major outcomes:
Economic Growth: By expanding the middle class and increasing domestic consumption and investment, the economy grows in a healthy and sustainable manner.
Social Stability: Through income redistribution, the gap between social classes is narrowed, thereby reducing societal division.
3. Our Approach: Harmonizing Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction
We affirm that policies rooted in social protection make it entirely possible to achieve economic growth and poverty reduction simultaneously, without them contradicting one another.
Through a practical model that integrates employment and social protection, we are working to build an inclusive society for all and embed these positive outcomes at the systemic level.
