A career spanning research and teaching in diplomacy, Japanese studies, and education, as well as serving as local staff for JICA technical cooperation projects. At AHDC, oversees and executes the operational management of the integrated model combining social protection and employment.

Expert
Now in his tenth year of working alongside Mongolian NGOs to promote disability awareness and employment support (job coaching). At AHDC, focuses on creating and supporting sustainable workplaces for persons with disabilities.
Finance Officer
Six years of specialized experience in the social protection and disability sector. An integral part of AHDC since its establishment, currently responsible for the financial management of the Indonesia disability student support project and other key initiatives.
