Participation in Specialized Training on Hydroponics
On the second day of our business trip, I participated in a full-day training session at Seiden Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Key Content of the Training:
Production processes, procedures, and techniques for leafy vegetables (hydroponics)
Hygiene management and infection prevention measures
Utilization of equipment, machinery, and supplies
Cultivation planning, process management, and work manuals
Management and inspection processes
Work schedules and task distribution
On-site support systems and instruction
